Ok every few months I start going blurry after a few hours and then I rest some and am back to normal. But this goes away after a few weeks and even after 24 hours I am not at all blurry. The blurriness happens with stuff such as T.V., Books, Online Reading, sometimes pictures, though not really the outside. I am just wondering what is happening if anyone knows.

Also at this moment I feel I have to follow along when I reading so I don't lose my place on a page. Whether with the mouse pointer or my finger. Anyone have to do this?

for me, the blurriness came with age and my eyes' decreasing ability to adjust quickly to varying sightline distances. also when my blood sugars were bad [and my hypertension was out of control], my eyesight got blurry. i still have to baby my eyes by giving them frequent rests away from the LCD screen or printed page, by staring off into the distance outside my window. and when i read books i have to use a placemarker to keep my eyes on the right lines.

What do you use as a placemaker?

just whatever i can find at hand, which is usually a piece of junk mail [envelope with stuff in it] which just happens to be the right size for the job.

I suggest you try eye exercises and use pinhole glasses, pinhole glasses are a great way to strengthen your eye sight.
