I build muscle very, very easily. I know biologically it's impossible but I just worked out once yesterday, the first in two years since my triathlete training and today...this morning, I start getting my six pack and biceps back! I remember having this same issue three years ago when I started to train so would someone please explain this to me I'm a bit freaked out, and btw I'm a fifteen year old female for lords sake!! !

Your muscles probably swelled up somewhat after the hard exercise, so it's probably water weight ala what creatine does.
