Ewww, why would I want to eat food that's ancient, like bread that's over 2000 years old?? JK :lol:

Not just "ancient" foods, but "biblical" ones too! Like ...... fish!! !

People where so healthy in ancient times they knew so much about health. Now we live in a ear where it is all about the taste of food and even if it is unhealthy to eat it is cheaper to buy. Bibical foods are really good too the Spartans created the best diet ever the Spartan diet.
