Is this is a good emergency workout plan?

Okay, so I just...released my hormones (you know what i mean).


So, is a good idea to drink milk and eat almonds, and try to fall asleep till 4 am?
It's 5 pm right now, planning to sleep at 7:30 ish.

I'm going to church at 7 or 8, so this'll give me good time, and I'll also restore protein and testosterone.

Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither was Ronnie Coleman or Jay Cutler or whoever. Relax and realize it's gonna take a while to get anywhere with your fitness goals. Patience and stuff.

Really now? I am pretty sure she can read. Lets take milk, lets say he drinks 2%, there is fat in it. There is fat in almonds. I think there is reason to guess ValentineWiggin was talking about that

Right so....5-7:30 = 2.5 hours....am I missing something???

Idk may be he doesn't like to sleep that much and spends more time working out :shrug:
