Everday i usually eat 1 banana, 1 apple, 1 orange and 2 kiwi fruits.

Even though its recommended you should eat 5-6 servings of fruit a day what is troubling me is how the fruit is negativly effecting my mood since it contains a lot of sugar. i arleady some type of mood disorder and i feel that perhaps all the sugar i get from my fruit is making me more prone too mood swings.

i need your opinons on this since i feel i am healthier for having fruit as part of my daily diet.

Combine eating the fruit with eating some fats or proteins to slow the absorption and the spikes in sugar they cause.

I do not know which diet you are following. I am plant-based. According to the plant-based diet you need to consume 3 servings of fruit per day, each serving = 1/2 cup of chopped fruit or one small piece. So you can lower down your fruit intake. But I have never heard of fructuose affecting the mood. I have read about processed sugar affecting the mood, specially turning people hyperactive. Maybe the sugar you feel does not come from the fruit but from processed food. Doing the plant-based diet I have learned to read the labels, and almost everything that is processed contains sugar. Maybe you should look into it. :)

In Australia we are told to cOnsume. 2 fruit and 5 veg per day.
That should lower your fruit and sugar intake whilst giving you lots of vitamins and fibre

Grain products have more sugar in them than fruit (they have starch which is basically the same as sugar once it gets into your blood), so cut those out if you're worried. Fruit is also much better for you than grains.

Have you considered eating less fruit & taking vitamins to supplement it :? Perhaps a green multi like this would be helpful http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00466 ... 04_s00_i01

Fruit sugar (fructose) is actually one of the slower-digesting sugars. If anything, sodas should be the ones spiking your mood.
