Anyways, I'm not doing practice (at least this week) because I have summer school till our second session, and that is too late and hot in the day to be exercising while fasting.

I might do it next month because I won't have summer school and I can go to the morning practice.

Anyways...so how to do this? Remember I basically have all day aside from homework. So...I get up around 4:30 to eat and drink as much water as possible (about a half gallon) and some bread and eggs and as much fruit as I can for the vitamins.
7-11:30 I have school. And we are allowed to eat at sundown again, so around 9.

So when should I exercise? What's a good time and routine?

Remember this is not a religious topic, let's call it a schedule.

It is a religious topic. You said so yourself - Ramadan self training. You didn't say just self training. Since fasting is part of Ramadan, your religion doesn't allow you to separate the two. As such, it behooves you to adhere to the tenet or principles of your religion. In other words, you have to get used to the fasting. There's no way I could fast for such a long time and still engage in sports. I would pass out on the football field, especially since I get hypoglycemic to the point my hand shakes and I start sweating bullets.

We've been here before and it's a question for a doctor, or sports coach. I have my doubts about whether this is a good idea, but I'll put that aside for a moment.

As a layperson I would say you want to leave several hours after eating before you train especially if you have eaten a lot at Suhr, but not so late that you are feeling very hungry. You could either exercise before school (if you are not going back to bed after eating and Fajr) or you could exercise after school has finished. Depending on whether it is safe and practical, you could train after you break your fast, but this will not be advisable if you are going to eat everything in sight at Iftar.

If you can I would limit your exercise during Ramadhan - certainly you shouldn't be looking to increase your level of fitness. Try and maintain your current level and then you can work on improvements post Eid.

Ramadhan Mubarak!
