Heheh, I'm sorry, but this is where all my friends are. :D

I'm very used to it and it has become a habit?

Also, I can talk about many things on here with very similar people.

Squats. A billion squatz. Front squats, back squats, overhead squats, single leg squatz, all the squatz, do squats and you will become a Super Saiyan with giant legs. On a serious note, besides squats, do push presses, snatches and clean and jerks. But also, almost more importantly, practice box jumps, ie, find something you can jump on top of, either running start or standstill, and jump on it, and jump on progressively higher things.

If you got the balls for it, do a "girly" sport, I figure skate and it's kickass for building balance and power, without balance comes no power. You're young and skinny enough you could do gymnastics, not that you'd probably get at a high level, but still. Also, dance, especially ballet, awesome for gaining balance and control over your body. As you probably know, it's often recommended for football players to crosstrain in ballet, because it builds balance and power. But even after like 6 months of ice skating, I could parallel squat at least 225 my first time squatting ever, and deadlift 255 first time deadlifting ever. I've heard of 130lb gymnasts that were your age with some years of gymnastics deadlifting 400, the power you gain with such sports is remarkable. But you gotta swallow your pride and do the "girly" sports.

Martial art helps for sure. It is something that comes with time. I was demonstrating some hand to knife defense with someone, and he was surprised by my reactions. I know they are quicker than average, but really it is not something you even think about you take it for granted under the circumstances.

Fast reaction aren't achieved, just by drills, but the muscle memory will set it. You need to 'learn' to react in the moment, and it takes a while to achieve that. But dwelling on doesn't help, just keep up the practice and it will improve.

Most of what is slowing reactions down in the beginning is simply coordination, You brain is working overtime. There are coordination drill you can do. Had boxers and seasoned martial artists before and even they found them hard, but it is good for the brain.

From them on it is a case of developing your flow. You have to break the hesitation, doing one thing an then another, to do this you have to relaxed. It is much harder to do tense.

Fast reaction also comes with tactile situations, it is not just hand to eye.

If by faster you mean "movement speed", then I can tell you from first hand experience: running, jump rope, more running and more jump rope, lots of running and plenty of jump rope. If you want to become quick on your feet, do that. If you want to become more agile, you gotta do flexibility training (long term goal should be splits in both directions) and train your fast twitch muscle (weight lifting with fast repititions with low counts and very high weight). If you mean reflexes: play either alot of FPS video games (not kidding, one of the reasons my reflexes are so good is because I used to play alot of video games), or do martial arts and combat sports (boxing works good if you don't have much time and want to develope good hand-eye-coordination, and reaction time can be trained both on a bag and with focus mitts).
