Lately, I've been getting addicted to using this spice. I put it on all of my meats and some roasted vegetables, I use a lot it's great! It has good heat to it, wouldn't mind more personally, but that's another topic. Right now I have a full bottle of it, and I wonder what else I could do with the contents. Just wondering if anyone uses this spice and what you use it for.

What, hotsauce? I use it on everything, no recipe required, just put on everything. One thing I do for a "recipe" is get a can of corned beef hash, add a ton of hot sauce, a little adobo, and a little black pepper. Makes it like...not taste bad.

This quinoa recipe is one of my favorites! Very easy to make and healthy. I'll say, though, that I personally like a little heat and add more pepper and garlic than the recipe calls for. It's probably a good idea to just season it to taste, based upon your own preferences. The second time I made it, I added a little bell pepper and other veggies, just to change things up a bit, and that was pretty good, too.

My fav is....

2 avocadoes maahed
4green onions sliced finely
1 tablespoon tomato paste
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1/4 cup sour cream

mix all together and eat on nachos or just dip corn chips and veg in

1000Knives- Hot Sauce sounds good. I usually prefer hotter things in my hot sauce though. Like eye watering hot. I could drink the stuff straight just for a pick me up. that's an interesting recipe... I'll have to try that on one of my cheat days. One major problem I have with hot sauce is that it is loaded with sodium, but hey ya gotta live a little sometimes..

BlueRose- That looks great! I will have to try that soon. With extra spices of coarse!

Solvejg- I will have to try that as well. I'm new to making nachos and dips, but that sounds like something that may actually taste good! I shall try it in a taco or nacho...
