I have become increasingly frightened that there may be a pandemic of a virus that is making the general public more stupid and do stupid and ridiculous things. Maybe I'm being stupid for saying so, but there has to be some logical scientific explanation why people with no talent or skill are becoming "celebrities" on reality TV, or why every politician is a complete crook but people vote for them anyway, or why people keep texting while they drive, believing firmly they will never kill anyone, or getting drunk behind the wheel because of the illusion it makes them BETTER at driving, or thinking there is nothing wrong with forcing three-year-old little girls to get what little hair they have painfully ripped out with wax at a so-called beauty pageant. So there must be a virus that is making people act like idiots. Of course it's attacking the weakest people first, which seems to be the majority of the United States, but it won't be long before it spreads to every part of the world. Of course the government doesn't want us to know about it, and there will never be a cure because soon people will be too stupid to even look for one.

Will somebody please stop the world so I can get off? :(

Over the past several thousand years or so, rote learning has taken precedence over logic and fluid reasoning, allowing for the evolution of a human species with a true herd mentality.
This may prove to be detrimental to not only the human race, but to all life on the planet.

Disclaimer: ^this is only fiction. Maybe.

It may be the fluoride in the water--a deadly toxin, or it may be in those "vaccines" they keep pressuring everyone to take. I've stopped taking vaccines. I use a filter pitcher to filter stuff out of my drinking water.

As for fluoride--do an I-net search on it. I read an article once about a guy whose home was overrun with ants. They had tried all the safe remedies to get rid of them with no luck. He accidentally dribbled some toothpaste onto the floor once while brushing his teeth. It killed the ants it landed on. The guy was stunned. He did his own research and gave up using fluoride toothpaste, but still bought it for the ants. He put a line of it around the floors where they join the walls. The ants ate it and died! I think he also put it around the outside of his house, to keep more from coming in. He cured his ant problem. :D

I did my own research on it a long time ago, and verified that it is a deadly toxin. I forget which industries were generating it as a waste product, but they needed a way to dispose of it, and somehow they convinced people in the gov (lots of $ was probably involved), that something that was too toxic to dump would be great to put in our water supply, as long as people were told it was for their teeth.

Fortunately some towns are finally seeing the light and making the water companies stop fluoridating their water supplies. They are doing a better job of stopping it in Europe, though.

If any people in the towns that have stopped it still want to keep poisoning themselves and their kids, they can still keep using fluoride toothpaste.

I think they are putting some really strong "Dumb down" in the water in D.C. and in the public schools. Also, in the teacher's colleges.

Inbreeding? But more seriously maybe smarter people are more focused on their education than partying with drugs & alcohol & having unprotected sex which could lead to getting pregnant & the kid having mental issues because of the drugs & alcohol the mom was on while pregnant. Smarter people may not want kids as bad due to recognizing the overpopulation problem.
