Idk maybe its just my age but im pretty into it too. Though i havent really been able to stick to it for at least a month straight.
My dad used to take me maybe once a week to the ymca, and id jog for a good 30 mins while playin my ds lol
then id do like the machine circuit, then id go do curls and some pushups

i was like 12

My 2nd semester of HS (when i moved schools) i started begging my parents to take me to our local Lifetime fitness all the time(which we had membership at) and i got a personal trainer too.

And maybe last March i started jogging there by myself since its like maybe half mile walk

I mostly focus on cleans and leg strength

Bench press:70x10
Squat:135x10
Clean n jerk 90x10 or 110x5
Deadlift 115x15 or 180x3
Curl:30x15 or 40x8

Sometime during grade school. I was always the kid who was running miles around the field for fun most days during recess. I was the most athletic kid on the field with ADHD.

22. I was a late starter. I wish I would have gotten into the habit of taking better care of myself at a younger age, but unfortunately that didn't happen. I am making up for it now, though.

I'm in much better shape now at the age of 27 than I was in my high school days. It's like night and day.

I was 31 and only a bit after a year later I am in the best shape of my life. Remember that it's never too late to start. Even if you're a senior citizen, you can always get started and it will make your life better.

I initially started working out regularly back when I played tennis and field hockey in school, but have fallen off the wagon and gotten back on again several times since. For me, what keeps me 'on the wagon' with exercise is finding things that are convenient for my schedule and then making it a habit. I tend to dread changing my routines, so once I make exercise part of my routine, I'm gold. :)

10.
I remember one specific 'incident' where I skipped out on Thanksgiving dinner to go walking,
and made my parents furious.
