What should I get? I got some money coming from ebay and craigslist sales.

The bike parts I want are around $60, I'd be getting a new 27 inch wheel for my Motobecane 10 speed, and a single speed sprocket for the back, and I'd be turning it into a single speed road bike. The downsides to new bike parts is winter is coming up soon, so I wouldn't ride too much in winter. I'd like to get back into cycling more, though, and having a usable road bike might inspire that.

The weightlifting shoes would be VS Athletics weightlifting shoes, http://www.vsathletics.com/product.php?xProd=1301 The weightlifting shoes would allow me to lift more weight, and give a bit more safety. Weightlifting I can do all year round, except I'm sorta kinda getting tired of lifting, but I haven't rode my bike much in a long while. The shoes could make lifting more fun again, though, and they're what I need if I want to be good at the lifts I like doing at all.

So, what do you guys think?

cardio is more likely to give you a longer and healthier life than weightlifting. i'd have to go with the bike parts.
