im 16 and workout every other day i am 279 pounds
i need to lose weight and gain muscles
my current workout is leg press 350+ 20 minutes of that
running 1 mile plus
as many push-ups you can do in 20 minutes
200 situps
50 squats
lunges- as many as you can do in a set period of time- correctly
`im trying to get military fit and join the schools rugby team to
also i have changed my diet to be high protiens. lots of eggs and fish with chicken baked. and lots of salad.
anyone know how to get bulked up? its not working for me and ive been doing this for 4 months

I think more information on your food diet would be needed. From what i see, sounds you could use some more variety with fruits and veggies and carb sources (potatoes, rice, pasta). The meat and egg source is fine


One piece of advice for fitness would be to keep up basic exercises while supplementing them with a secondary workout routine that you can switch up every three to four weeks (ie. Stop doing leg presses after three weeks and do weighted squats safely). Progress to more intense exercises as you get more fit as well.
