I could use some red light therapy. I am colorblind and sometimes get confused and stop ad green lights and go at red lights. Anything that would help me identify red lights better would improve my driving skills.

It's not too big a problem around here because we only have one traffic light in town and it only blinks green on the north and south sides and only blinks red on the east and west sides.

I don't really know much about it. Most of what I'm seeing on Google is UltraViolet is bad while Red or InfraRed is somehow beneficial.

How the therapy is administered I'm not really sure.

It seems to me that it would just have the side effect of tuning down visual input. You can see and get around just fine under red light like moving around in a dark room.

It's not about traffic signals?
