What bad habits can cause drooping/sagging of the skin around the nose?

I cannot picture that specific problem. It is more common for skin to start to sag around the jowls.

Do you have any pictures to illustrate? (They wouldn't necessarily have to be pictures of you!)

At a guess I would say lack of sleep, smoking, drinking and eating fatty food.
