The creatines I've used have always caused me depression, inability to focus and insomnia.

I've read somewhere on creatine impacting nmda receptors but the very, very little that I take has a bizarrely strong effect. Has anyone else experienced this or know what I'm talking about? Thanks

I've not taken creatine separately much, but I know I need red meat at least a couple times a week. Not giant amounts, but red meat is a natural source of creatine. I get moody without it.

I drank cretine a few times, but haven't in a while.

I used to take it, it game me energy plus bigger arms. I can work out without it though.

I have a very high natural level of creatine in my body (note: 20% of everyone does); any added creatine won't give me any noteworthy results in the gym, but it will make me nauseaous and constantly thirst--even if I drink 1.5 gallons of water a day.
