For the past 3 days or so, I've had essentially no appetite (definitely FAR lower than usual). I've been trying to force myself to eat 2 meals a day, but I usually can't finish them and am not really hungry when I eat them. I have felt hungry a few times in this period, but once I start eating I almost instantly feel full (like earlier I felt pretty hungry, but I took 2-3 bites from a sandwich and couldn't even force myself to keep eating. I feel perfectly fine otherwise and don't feel sick in the slightest. Anyone else ever had this, or know what could be causing this?

I wish I had that problem - just kidding. a stomach that doesn't move food along well can cause this. you should see a doctor.

Thanks for the input, I have been having a lot of anxiety lately but really not more than usual (and it's mostly good anxiety, I'm expecting some really good news and I just can't wait to hear it lol). Like I said 4 days ago I had a normal and healthy appetite, but if it keeps going on for like a week I probably will see a doctor.

Yes, I've had that happen, whenever I am under a lot of stress. I think my stomach sort of shrinks. If I don't force myself to eat breakfast at a normal time, then I start losing appetite and then losing weight. Getting enough exercise keeps my appetite where it should be. Once I get under a certain weight, I find I am sort of hyper and have not much appetite so, I try to follow a balanced diet of fresh vegies, fruit and fish and/or meat. With the occasional indulgence of sweets in moderation. That is what works for me.
Just eat what you can, and then try having a moderately high calorie breakfast each day and see if that helps. Take good care of yourself. :)

Me too.

I'd love to have an answer to this. Are vitamin B12 injections really the way to go?

Or take a teaspoon of epsom salts in a large glass of warm water...and give it maybe twelve hours to work.
