I did back biceps and forearms tonight, had a nightmare and woke up but man I love the feeling of my muscles being sore because it lets me know I did my best. Anyone else train / Diet daily?

Muscle soreness is not always a great sign, especially if it's always happening after a work out. Just sayin'. I do train almost daily, about bi- daily, and keep a good diet for the most part, but love indulging in "unhealthy foods". I'm not a bodybuilder, used to be, I didn't like how big I got from it, the muscle actually got in the way of day to day functioning, mostly from having naturally huge legs without working out then even bigger ones afterwards. My legs would chafe when walking and running so I'd have to put vaseline between my thighs so they wouldn't hurt. Now I just stick to mostly cardio, bodyweight exercise and do compound lifts with free weights.

Well that's your opinion DOMS Delayed onset muscle soreness to me is good, I have seen massive transformation in my body since I started lifting and I eat only natty foods... but each to their own.

It's not really opinion, there is a lot of evidence. All I am saying is it's not a good idea to over do it ya know. One day you can be feeling and looking great, then oops, I gots the tendinitis or arthritis.
