did I mention I've quit smoking. starting to take my fitness seriously , probably why my posts have been the way they have. Its about day 4 where I haven't had a smoke at all, was on the champix was screwing with my head so I stopped taking it, I think it hasn't fully worn off I just had the worst nightmare .. its 2am I cant sleep now so what to do hmm

That's great! I'm happy for you! My uncle quit smoking so I know it's not easy. He did more than just smoke but he smoked for long after that stuff. I don't know how to help with the sleep problem though sorry. Good luck!

I don't have a sleep problem though, its the tablets I was taking, there called champix you don't ever want them and advise anyone else to just quit cold turkey, and um thanks for the reply!

i quit on 7/9 and for about a week and a half had problems sleeping and super vivid dreams even going cold turkey.

Quitting smoking was the hardest thing I've ever done. I wasn't able to do it cold turkey, tried that technique too many times... unsuccessfully. I ended up using nicotine gum, and only when I was at the point of needing a cigarette so badly a television was about to go flying out the window. Otherwis I carried around a bowl of chewy chocolate to substitute for the smokes. Everybody who quits uses different techniques, if the champix is causing you problems, try something different.

Ive quit the champix like I said, I can do it cold turkey ..watch me . I have a bowl of avocado mixed with cottage cheese that im dipping a carrot in infront of me just an example of what I do instead lol
