I'm on at least 5 medications right now. Two are for medical conditions and the other three are for mental health. I understand that dry mouth is a side effect of a lot of medications, but there really hasn't been any real change lately in my meds, but I've noticed myself progressively being more thirsty during the day. I drink sugar free kool-aide stuff all day, since I don't like water. I lowered my caffeine intake. Yet, no matter what, I need to have a bottle of something near me at all times.

Stop drinking sugar-free kool-aide. Here is a list of ingredients:
malic acid, maltodextrin, citric acid, calcium phosphate, aspartame, salt, acesulfame potassium, artificial flavor,
ascorbic acid (vitamin c), red #40, Blue #1

I don't see apples and grapes ANYWHERE there. It's all chemical and unhealthy.

Here's a blurb on aspartame. I don't know how credible it is but know it's quite hazardous to your health:

Chewing gum can help promote saliva production and, in turn, help with dry mouth. You'd want to avoid the types with sugar, though, since having a dry mouth can put you at a higher risk of tooth decay, as it is. At the same time, a lot of sugar substitutes, like aspartame, aren't good for you, either.

I chew gum sweetened with Xylitol, an all-natural sweetener that has actually been shown to prevent tooth decay. The brand I usually buy is called Spry, but there are others on the market, too. You can buy it at health food stores or order it online. (Usually pricing is better online, so I'd recommend going that route). Hope this helps.

If you dislike the taste of the plain water, that is available in your area, then you can easily upgrade that in natural ways. Simply do some fresh pressed citron juice into it (a 1/4 citron is enough for a litre), or add some minthe leaves into it, or some slices of apples. Or try different sort of tea flavors. (Real tea you do at home, not artificial ice tea like litpon and that stuff.)
