Has anybody ever tried using a Rio Light Mask for things like depression, low energy, PMS, insomnia, anxiety, headaches, relaxation or migraines ?
I had a clear out recently and found that I have a whole bunch of stuff I had forgotten all about, the Rio Light Mask being one of those things.
I gather that it's quite an elusive piece of equipment... having gone out of production some years ago, with many stores only having a small stock of them.
Many people seem to be keen to give it a try but are unable to find any stockist, and this seems to have been how things have been for a number of years now.
The Rio Light Mask isn't even being sold on Ebay at all, which surprises me.
I guess that people are hanging onto them after realising how much they're in short supply !?
It was illegal to sell the Rio Light Mask in America, although it's not been easy to find out why that is.
Reviews seem to be sparse and mainly very positive (despite the unit costing about £40-50), with a few articles floating about which give it good publicity from a positive angle.
I vaguely remember that the flashing lights kind of pissed me off when I tried it before, but that was years ago ; so I was going to see about getting a new battery for it and giving it another shot.
It does make you look like a pillock when you're wearing it though.
