Bruises on My Arms (Safe For Work)

I have some bruises on my arms, possibly from improper arm placement when using my computer. Could someone please help me deal with them?

Are you sure the bruises are caused by "improper arm placement?"

I'm wondering if you should go to a doctor and check to see if you are anemic.

Are you able to practice "proper arm placement?" If so, and it's not affecting your typing, I would just leave the bruises alone, and allow them to heal (while also going to the doctor to see if you are anemic).
