Lost 15 pounds!

Rather quickly actually. Doing an extremely physical job for five hours straight five days a week is probably contributing. My parents say I'm looking thinner too.

I started this job weighing approx. 223lbs, and now I weigh around 208 and 209 depending if I had eaten at the time of measurement or not. The majority of my weight is in muscle, so it's making me happy that I'm burning a little bit of body fat too.

I'll have to keep an eye on it though and make sure it's healthy, because I don't wanna lose too much.

Congrats! But don't kill yourself by overdoing it, and make sure to get enough rest.

I lost another four pounds this week. This is actually pretty scary...

Maybe I should eat more than I usually do, I have noticed that my appetite isn't as big as it has been in the past.

if you don't mind me asking, what is your job?
when i got my braces on in 8th grade, i lost over 20 pounds because i wasn't able to eat...but i just gained those back.

I was working for UPS, but I just quit because I got another job. I was basically loading a couple thousand packages into trucks. They usually ranged between 35 and 70 pounds, and anything over I had to slide or roll.

The total weight I've lost there is about 30 pounds.

You should have been paid well. I'm not a very strong person, I wouldn't be able to stand moving boxes like that around for five hours a day, five days a week! If I was offered another job I probably would have gone straight for that too. How much do you like your new job?
I got a summer 'job' helping my uncle do handyman stuff like cutting huge branches and moving them around, and laying bricks and organizing boxes deep in an orthodontists office.
