Tonight for the third time in my life that I can recall I experienced what I would call "internal trembling". It felt like I was shaking inside when I actually wasn't shaking, mostly in my lower right back. I had a large piece of chocolate fudge earlier, so could this possibly the reason, too much sugar causing me to twitch? Caffeine usually has the same effect but not as severe. Like I had no trouble breathing, my heart was beating normally (a bit faster since it was stressing me out, around 84ish BPM), I wasn't sweating, I could feel pain on both sides (I constantly pinch my arms to see if I have feeling) and no troubles remembering anything. I didn't feel sick or anything like that either.

Sorry for the rambling there. Has anyone else had this issue? I know it's diabetes since I've been tested for it, I eat healthy and all that good stuff. I'm thinking it might be MS, since I have hand tremors every now and again.

This happens to me when I weaken and have something sugary on an otherwise low-sugar diet. It's an odd sensation. It's caused by a sudden spike in blood sugar, followed by glucose being rapidly absorbed by the cells, then a resultant drop in glucose as the main fuel for the body is used up. Like a roller coaster ride. It can make you feel shaky, light-headed and weak. Can also give you a nasty migraine.
You need to watch this. Try something low GI for a snack instead.
