WTH is my body doing with its water?
I haven't had a bowel movement in at least a week. I took a full dose of Milk of Magnesia on Sunday night, but it didn't do anything. I've been drinking lots of water, eating lots of Fruit Loops (which have fiber), staying away from the dry air by being in a room with a humidifier, eating salty snacks, even drinking some Gatorade, and yet where is all this water going?
I have annoying urinary incontinence, which forces me to change my underwear so much. Sometimes I sit down on the toilet and try to go, but only a little comes out, while I can feel that there's more in there. Sometimes I have a normal stream, but overall it appears very little urine is coming out.
Yesterday, I felt only like sleeping, but had an unusually voracious appetite. I ate several rounds of cereal, I went to McDonald's to get a quarter pounder with cheese, and when that didn't work, I went to get a DOUBLE quarter pounder with cheese, which finally ended my appetite problem.
What on God's green earth is my body doing with its water? What is going on with my body?

Froot loops are mostly sugar. It is not the best source of fiber.
Apart from elite athletes most people should stay away from Gatorade most of the time. Lucozade, Gatorade these were originally medicines to used when you need to elevate blood sugar, for most people this is not often. The way these 'energy drink' products are marketed now is nothing short of a travesty. Also nowadays they contain a lot of caffeine.
Neither large hits of glucose or caffeine are going to give you 'energy'. You might feel a bit better after only becuase you experience withdrawal.
I don't remember water gender you are. But your waterworks problems don't sound like the topical incontinence in females. You should consult a doctor. By the sound of it you are having difficult passing, and this is building up.
Water can be retained, it can also be sweated out. By you still need to pass urine to stay healthy.
However your situation doesn't too healthy, probably best looking at diet.
Sounds like benign prostatic hyperplasia. Maybe you should see an expert.
I'm not sure what MoM does, but have you tried a saline laxative? I find those are exceptional for getting the plumbing working.
Be warned, if you have a minor blockage (real hard stool), getting it going will be the hardest part. The hard stool has to pass first so the rest can flow.
