I love all cheeses, including blue cheeses. If wine is 'Nectar of the Gods', cheese is the 'Food of the Gods'.

I like to have it with butter underneath. It sounds weird but it's way to strong otherwise. And I like cheese that's not too strong but that actually tastes of something

Yes, I love it. My favorite is Castello blue cheese (Danish). I often have it with rosé wine.

Do I like air?

Do I like water and shelter?

I used to hate blue cheese, when I was younger. In the past years I've learned to love one particular Finnish blue cheese called Aura cheese. I love it the most in a sauce or on a pizza, but I can eat it on salted crackers or a baguette too.

Not only can I not get used to the fact that it's packed with mold, but it tends to be very salty. I have low salt tolerance but my sweetness tolerance is high. But I do really like cheddar and most mild-flavored cheeses.

the fact that i am eating mold makes me cozy, though i could do with lass salt...(maybe i don't need as much as water or air after all  )

^^have you tried brie cheese? i've not had some but i think it has a high salt level as well, good memories of it though.

No. :eew: I love goat cheese along just about any other kind, but blue cheese turns my stomach. It's in the same category as mushrooms.

Blue Cheese is the shiznit. It tastes amazing on cooked on a thick potatoe slice with a slice of salami. Or on a salad or as a dressing, or on a sandwich, or on nachos, or on toast, or with an apple, or 4 in the morning when you get home from the bar and have had one too many Abita Ambers. I will eat any kind of cheese and purr contently as long it has an actual flavor. I have found those mass produced shredded cheese to only have flavor in large quantities or if you fry it.

I absolutely hate it!! ! It tastes like it came from the sewer. I hate all the smelly cheeses. I do like the milder cheeses. I like sharp aged cheddar. I love Emmental (Swiss). I like some semi-soft cheeses. But not the smelly ones.

BTW, cheese is very high in fat, so it has a lot of calories.

Cheese  cheese  cheese  I cheesy-ly like any kind of cheese (including the blues and greens) (… with the only exeption being probably supermarket value - range mozarellas which have neither texture nor taste … whom they are made for?)

Yes, cheese is calorie rich but if you buy expensive ones then you don't dare to eat them in huge quantities - so it doesn't really matter. It's like with candies, cakes and such - eaten for the pleasure of the taste rather than for filling oneself up!

Viva la cheese!
