I get new, small, tight pimples when I wash my hair. No new ones occur when I don't wash my hair.

I've tried several brands and kinds. They all seem to give me pimples on my scalp. Dandruff, antifungal, conditioning, coal tar, deep conditioning, menthol...

Upon the advice of my doctor, I switched to glycerin-based bar soaps (instead of shampoo) for similar reasons.

Please consult a physician.

Oh dear dear. Do you live in a city? This may be the cause, if you're old enough, try and convince a friend with you down to the coast and get away from any strong u.v rays which may be causing this skin rash on your scalp to appear. I used to have cirrhosis on mine. Most women will recommend all kinds of shampoos, I'd just say, if its a puberty issue, it won't completely clear up. I used to have blemishes everywhere and angry red spots during my periods at school, this actually sounds like a mosquito bite and should be carefully pursued.. spray some sensitive anti-repellent with calming properties, go look it up.
