What I've been suggested was doing leg presses, leg extensions, and incline cardio. Will it work?
Leg presses will help. Leg extensions target your quads, and probably won't do much for your gluteus.
Can you ride a bicycle? If you can, buy a mountain or road bike, and start doing interval work. Pedal an easy gear to warm up, and them shift into your hardest gear and ride as hard as you can for a given distance or time. Start out with a couple of hundred feet, or 15-20 seconds. Recover on an easy gear for the same distance/time, and then repeat. Start out at 5 reps, build to 10. Build your distance to a mile. It won't give you a huge butt, but it will develop the gluteus muscle.
Don't spend too much time hammering a tough gear, as it can cause knee discomfort, and possible even injury. Start small and build.
