It has just been declared that Brady's suspension will be upheld. This will no doubt affect the Patriots' upcoming season, especially the first games.

Not long enough. Belicheat should have been tossed out as well. Patriots will forever have asterisks behind each of their Superbowl titles, if not eventually stripped from them.
