I heard Keranique contains Minoxidil which is the ingredient in Rogaine which you can try as well. If your a guy you can talk to your doc & maybe try Finasteride which is the only FDA med approved for hair loss.

Just grow muscles and facial hair. My hair is thinning and that's what I'm doing. When you have muscles and you're bald, you can pull off the bald look.

'Tis not the shampoo that you use but the foods that you eat which determine how much hair you shed or not. Stay away from anything dry (all breads/starches/crackers/etc), and start eating nothing but fruits/meats/vegetables from now on instead. High-Water-Content fruits in particular (Water-Melons, Oranges, Grapes, etc). MOST of what you should be eating should be the high-water-content fruits (eat at least two oranges a day and any additional amount of Water-Melons/Grapes/etc), and only drink pure water when you're thirsty, and I'm talking about making it at least 50% or even 80% of your food-consumption (fruits that is), but just make sure you're ready to urinate a lot more than you normally ever have before. A way to somewhat get around this is to combine this kind of food-consumption with extreme amounts of aerobic-exercises such as running up & down dozens of flights of stairs every day whilst carrying dumbell-weights.

I eat low carbs and still have thinning hair. Hair loss is genetic, sadly.

I never said anything about eating low-carb. I did mention about consuming a LOT of fruits (and a complete BOYCOTT of Breads/Starches/etc).

Also, hair-shedding is NOT genetic, but has more to do with how many impurities you put into your system (although I do regard the absolute vast majority of America's food-supply as being poisoned or contaminated by unnecessary additives & chemical-processing). Try living out on a farm for a while instead of in the city, I have lived amongst some of these farm-boy communities (foreigners from Germany/Russia/Ukraine), and NONE of them were bald-people (absolutely NOT A SINGLE ONE). I suspect that their bodies are not trying to shed the toxins/impurities that are found in the lives of you city slickers who are exposed to exhaust-fumes of vehicles & automobiles every day.

I also SHOULD know this from having PERSONALLY once experienced a hell of a LOT of hair-shedding myself, but when I started eating nothing BUT Oranges/Water-Melons/Grapes/etc., and BOYCOTTING Bread/Crackers/Starches/etc., not only did the dandruff that I had seem to completely disappear after around the third month but my eye-sight improved (although this could be partially from my martial-arts training) AND I did not shed any more hair during that time either (although the hair grew extremely fast and I needed to pee a lot, like, a hell of a lot of urinating).

I will get back to the thing on genetics & how it's actually a pseudo-science indoctrinated into the main-stream/conventional on some other day.

Hi, a shampoo will NOT stop hair loss. I have had some success with both Rogaine and taking Hair Volume vitamins.
Plus, I cut way down on sugars, processed foods, eat tons of spinach, kale, hemp. Use a mild shampoo. If you have
the money, seeing a derm is a great idea. My own health insurance will not cover it, but if it did, even partly, I
would do so. Best to you, Alice

I eat very heavy and still have thin hair. The only other thing it could be, is that I don't go outside a lot due to severe heat sensitivity.

Hi. I didn’t think you could prevent hair loss with a shampoo based product.
Unless of course, you look up herbal products. In any case, changing your hair colour product
to non permanent or semi permanent, if you’re a heavy user, should stop your hair turning a lighter shade of grey and eventually falling out. I reduce my colouring now to twice a year as I hate tweezing any strays.
This is a good question.
