Health and fitness: Can you give a solution to my problem?
Every night I think from tomorrow I will eat healthy and exercise but when i wake up each morning i want something sugary such as cake or fast food like pizza and i end up eating those although i have whole grain bread/ eggs/ cheerios/ oatmeal ..etc..also at hand.
How can i change this bad habit i really want to lose weight........
You are thinking about tomorrow and not right now, this is one of the first habits to break.
Next remove temptations from around your self, foods you cant help but eat.
Next buy all loose ingredients to make food from scratch as you will find most eat less if it will take 30 minutes to prepare a dish of food. These were a few from a nutritionist that helped my family year ago that really worked. [b]Do not eat with some one like me that can eat like a horse and loss weight.
Eat some fruit. It will give you sugar and energy before you excercise. After you excerise make sure you get some protein like an egg, or white cheese and get some "vegetables". My suggestion: get everything naturally without drinking any protein or stuff. You don't need it.
You gota be persistent, if you wana lose weight one hour at the treadmill or an aerobic machine and you will burn in no time. After awhile when you do lose weight think about strenthening your body with weight lifting or stuff, your choice.

You have to stay "I will act now." instead of "I will act later." this is important
Start now, and take baby steps. Before you know it, you will climb the mountain.
Also, take out all the junk food in your house (for example, simple starches such as white bread, cookies, cake, salty foods like doritos, candy, etc)
If I don't do this, I find myself eating way too much junk food.
Set out everything you need for a healthy breakfast the night before (except the stuff that needs refrigeration, of course). To make my morning routine easier, I set out a bowl, spoon, measuring cup, oatmeal and peanut butter. I put dry oatmeal, a tablespoon of peanut butter, and a handful of frozen blueberries into the bowl, splash in some skimmed milk, and stick it in the microwave. Two minutes later, it's done.
I also set out the coffee filter, coffee beans, have the coffee maker carafe cleaned and set out, spoon and mugs set out, and the sweetener for my husband's coffee out on the counter as well. It makes it all very easy to stumble in to the kitchen (when the cat wakes me up, demanding HIS breakfast) and get it all whipped together without having to think, be tempted to eat something else, or make any decisions whatsoever!
As some of the other posters mentioned, keep some fruit around to include with breakfast. This can be frozen fruit, dried fruit, or fresh--like an apple or orange. Also, if you live alone, and buy your own food, either stop buying bad foods, or buy less of them, and more of the good foods. And look for healthy alternatives to unhealthy favorites, to use instead, at least some of the time.
It's not necessary to eliminate all of the unhealthy favorites from your menu, but do cut back on them, and do use healthier alternatives as much as possible. I am not fond of veggies at all, but find I am able to get salads down if I keep them in the freezer. They are so refreshing and crunchy when I take them out, that I end up eating more if it, than if I kept it in the fridge, instead, so I have been eating a lot of salads with my meals for the past few months. I have also been using the computer to distract myself so I go longer between meals, which means I eat about twice a day now. My methods are working, too! I've lost enough weight now, to need to order new clothes a size down, and I will keep doing this until I am finally down to a healthy weight. Then I will keep doing it to maintain that weight. This is working for me even though I still eat some of the naughty foods. I also can't exercise much, due to health issues, but eating somewhat healthier, and fewer meals does work. Just don't expect instant results. It took several months to need to buy the next size down, but that's okay. It took several decades for me to get this overweight. I am willing to take the time to lose it gradually. Besides, people who lose a lot of weight too fast sometimes shock and deprive their systems too much, which can cause health issues, including heart attacks. So I'm fine with gradual. Hey, my clothes are loose, I need to order smaller ones, my fat areas are visibly somewhat deflated.--I'm good!! ! ![]()

Remove the junk food from your home. Do not go grocery shopping when you are hungry because you will be more likely to buy junk food again. Eat first then go grocery shopping. Consume foods high in soluable fibre like oats, chia, flaxseed to keep you feeling full for longer.
Make a meal plan for 3 days ahead of time all the time. Make healthy food in large batches, freeze some and eat that when you are short on time and hungry. If you are short on time, hungry and havent planned ahead, chances are you are gonna eat some junk. Anticipate this and plan ahead.
Drink plenty of h20
Bring a reusable h20 bottle with you so you won't have to buy soda or juice. If you really want the sweet fix put a spoon of honey in your H20.
Avoid sugary drinks or sugar whether in fructose, ice cream, or artificial sweetener
Exercise: walk or swim 20 minutes a day then build up from there. Or join a sport you've always admired!
I lost 30lbs from joining a running team.
Search on internet club teams or sports leagues.
Spin classes are fun and swimming. ![]()

Use your will power. Do Not buy garbage, buy a variety of fruits, veggies, nuts, fish. If you are into it, check out
some healthy cookbooks from library. Have a green smoothie daily. You will feel so great, you will not crave
greasy, salty, fatty foods! (If I could eliminate my gigantic sweet tooth, anyone can. Used to eat a candy bar daily, now
the thought of one leaves me cold. ) But it takes effort to make the switch to better eating, since we are surrounded by
garbage.

I'd say eating fruit is a good idea. Bananas will help you feel full and give you energy. You CAN actually have some pizza in your diet, as long as you're getting the right nutrients and not going over your calorie count. Buy a food scale and start tracking your calories and macros(proteins, carbohydrates, and fats). People will tell you that's not necessary, but trust me it is. The only time that it's not is if you're already in shape and you're on maintenance calories and that's just here and there, not all the time. You might think you're eating a certain amount of calories and then when you actually weight your food, you'll be surprised how much your estimations are off. Keep in mind that when you weight food, you have to account for everything, every fruit and vegetables; although vegetables don't have many calories, but fruit has a lot of sugar. Don't bother walking for hours on end on a treadmill. It's a complete waste of time and your body adapt to low impact cardio. What you want to do is look up HIIT(High Intensity Interval Training). It's way more effective and takes a fraction of the time to do compared to low impact cardio. Do a combination of compound movements with free weights and do HIIT 2-3 times a week, and track your calories. If you do all that, I guarantee you'll loose weight. You can even fit some pizza in here and there.

You suffer sugar cravings. Sugar is addictive and studies suggest that it is way more addictive than for example cocaine. Therefore eating fruit for breakfast is as good as eating cocaine instead of smoking it.
Addiction does not depend on the substance, but on the person. Some people will try addictive stuff and never want it again, while other get addicted to absurdly non addictive things. It is all in the psyche.
Sugar intake modulates neurotransmitter release and over time instead of self-regulating neurotransmitters in your brain by your own body, your brain needs sugar to be eaten in order to get enough of neurotransmitters. Because of that action, sugar addiction is a huge issue in many mental disorders, where the brain function is totally dependent upon the food we eat and cannot regulate itself without it.
If you have cravings, these are not hunger. A child cannot tell apart hunger from craving, but as an adult, you can. Use your consciousness and become rational thinking eater, not an emotional eater. Living in a world where money is worth more than human life and where grocery aisles are bending under artificially produced crap, you have to become a restrained eater to stay healthy and often to survive.
Fighting sugar addiction is hard, but possible. Metabolic shift (eating 0 sugars or carbs) lasts ate least 6 weeks, but after first week your body will go to full ketosis and over the next weeks your cells in the body will learn how to metabolise fatty acids for energy again. After these 6 weeks you will feel disguist at the sight of most artificial sugary foods and will no longer struggle. Clean your body first and then let your taste buds decide again what is good for you.
