The recipe just said 1 medium cauliflower so I have no idea if the ratio was right.
It was a bit crumbly too so I think my idea of medium may have been off.
I made that one too, with the same results. I thought I was doing it wrong so I decided to ask other people. I think I'm going to try it again, without boiling the cauliflower beforehand (that's what made mine soggy).
