Does cauliflower pizza crust taste like cauliflower after it's cooked?

Everything sorta taste like cauliflower if thats what its made from. It's just one of those flavors. To me at least. Ive had ok mashed cauliflower but thats with alot of butter and what isnt good with alot of butter?

Never heard of it...but I myself like cauliflower, steamed with no additives (butter, salt, etc). I think the problem most people have with vegetables is that they've never had them prepared properly.

@Starkid, if you decide to give it a try post your culinary review here, I'm interested in hearing about it.

I've made that pizza!
I wouldn't make it again.
It was soggy, and tasted like cauliflower.
Blech.
The recipe just said 1 medium cauliflower so I have no idea if the ratio was right.
It was a bit crumbly too so I think my idea of medium may have been off.

I made that one too, with the same results. I thought I was doing it wrong so I decided to ask other people. I think I'm going to try it again, without boiling the cauliflower beforehand (that's what made mine soggy).

Mine wasn't boiled first.
Just chopped finely in the processor.
I think the sogginess comes from the cauliflower itself.

I made the zucchini crust pizza this afternoon with two medium zucchinis, flax meal for binding, defatted soy flour, Italian herbs, and a couple tablespoons of chickpea flour. It smelled wonderful and it was DELICIOUS, but it stuck to the parchment paper because I didn't want to use even more oil to cook on. So the crispy part on the bottom all got pulled off and the pizza wasn't very sturdy.

Now I have to figure out a way to alter the recipe so that I don't have to use oil.
