Does anyone take Karate?

Does anyone here do Karate lessons? I do and I'm a blue belt. I've won a couple medals and a travelling trophy. However, I don't like competition at all so I don't like tournaments at all [too stressful and too much noise and too many people]. I feel like I have to participate because one of the things I can't stand is disappointing people.

I took it when I was little cuz I was getting bullied alot. I only made it as far as the 2nd blue belt stripe before I quit. I failed the test to advance to the next level, I still couldn't defend myself at all against bullies & I was stressed out alot from school & my parents. I never regretted quitting at all.

Nah, but I did Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitzu when I was younger, and made it to a red belt before I stopped. I too hated tournaments for the same reason.

1st degree blqck belt in taekwondo and I have practical iced on qnd off for 7 years.
