Sometimes my dad and I go for a run of about 3 km, and it's torture for me. I have to stop partway through because my legs are aching so much. But as soon as I stop and walk I instantly feel better. I simply get tired out really easily when exercising. Even just standing can be tough for me; my legs start aching when standing during the singing at church, and even sometimes in the shower.
Does anyone else experience something similar?
This sounds a good reason to visit a doctor. A stress test would probably be informative. There could be an issue with your heart valves, or any number of things, most not so serious, some more so. Impossible to say without getting "wired up."
