When I was in college I learned that dark leafy greens, protein, peanuts, cheese and lettuce all contributed to healthy brain function. For 2016 I have the necessary team of people to aid me in my goal of obtaining government employment. I know that this will require me to use my intellect rather than my instinct and intuition of which I don't have, obviously.

In addition I am now and will be reading several books on how dating and seduction work. This will also require me to read a massive amount of material. I think that the strategy of reading and practical application will be what I spend the majority of my time doing for 2016.

Any suggestions on foods that can build up my the intellectual part of my brain?

So, you're concerned about your cognitive function and want to tailor what you eat to your own specific needs? If so, then I think what you cut out or avoid can be just as important as what you add in.

If you have any kind of food sentivities or a 'leaky gut,' then you won't be able to digest and absorb nutrients properly. This can lead to a whole variety of health issues, including 'brain fog,' reduced concentration, etc. An elimination diet to pinpoint the foods that are problematic for you and/or a gut-healing protocol could help.

Otherwise, omega-3's and just trying to eat a whole foods diet that reduces your overall levels of inflammation might be a good approach.
