So I go to the doctor after about 8 years of not seeing a doctor.

I admit to another medical condition that is not autism, that I once tested positive for back in the 1980's, subsequent tests have come up negative.

The company I work for has a 'wellness campaign' which includes a weekly email. That medical condition is now the first article the second time now. I *think* I never clicked on any of the articles, but lord I don't know. I get that if you click on, or reply too, an email, bingo that gets entered into a database.

Paranoia, or do they know?

Fudge.

I brought up a concern about autism, he listened to my opinions, and said I didn't look like one. The funny part was, I cut him off in the middle of the conversation, caught my self, and then said 'See, I cut people off too!"

No reply necessary, I am just venting.

You "dont look like one", lmao, classic. Regarding your wellness email, I think you are being paranoid/irrational. Lets say such a mechanism did exist, where they detected clicks and tailored their campaigns; why would they go to that length, and for 1 person?
