Feeling Happier and Healthier
I know I have brought attention to many of my problems before in the past and in some ways, I still struggle with the challenges that have come with transitioning but recently I have decided to take up marathon running in my local area. It has been a rewarding experience so far and I have also been going to the gym everyday, trying to improve my own self image. It has been a hard year dealing with all the harassment that I have been receiving from websites that I will not go into again here, but I feel like I have discovered a better outlet for my own stress and anger and I am willing to try to be a productive member of this website and don't want to leave at the moment.
Thank you for all the support you have given me. What I want to ask now is what are some other methods in which i can improve my endurance when it comes to running. I still find that I pass out sometimes if I push myself too hard and I want to work on that.
