Are there reliable ways of significant reduction of male libido? Alcohol, junk and fried food and sugar don't work at all for years of daily consumption, so as herbs like marjoram which are said to be oppose to aphrodisiacs.

I think this applies to females and males but I've heard illegal drugs can really reduce libido.I do NOT condone using illegal drugs of any kind.

I do remember being told me that certain meds can as well. Not sure what meds will but it could be a libido killer.

I don't know about anything specifically for reducing libido, but I take Fluoxetine at the moment (for depression and anxiety) and that seems to have reduced my libido (as a side effect). I've read that some people do use it specifically to reduce libido.

Some antidepressants can reduce it. Antiandrogens can really reduce it too. I take one partly to reduce my drive & I took a different one afew years ago specially to reduce my drive.

To me, doing this equates to self-mutilation. You shouldn't mess with anything that'll lower it. You'll very likely get depression as a side effect of lowering testosterone and Lutenizing hormone.

What do the doctors say about reducing your libido? Also, as you try and do this, maybe consider the reasons why it bothers you so much? Is it possible that someone on this forum or elsewhere might be able to help with one or more of those reasons?

Sexual frustration? No libido = no frustration. Seems fair enough.

Many antidepressants and some ADHD meds have reduced libido as possible side-effects.
It is not uncommon for such meds to be prescribed in hopes of triggering this side-effect instead of their intended use
