I suggest you try the following:
Check whether you are eating healthy every day. Plenty of fruits, vegies, protein etc.
Are you exercising enough? If not, try taking a 30 minute walk every day. Or do moderate sport, biking, dancing, or light fitness etc. It should be an activity that you enjoy doing, this way it will be easier to do it every day.
Psychological issues can express into strange physical complaints/injuries. So, if necessary, try to improve your overall mood by changing your life a little bit, or changing your look on life. The two points mentioned earlier should bring about attenuation for these complaints.
If you notice no improvement within a few months or so, you should consult a GP.
