how to keep a healthy life without a routine??

my university schedule is super weird and it changes each 2 months so I can't keep a regular routine and it disturbs me so much in having a healthier lifestyle :/ I really miss being able to have a consistent routine to plan my meals, it also disturbs my sleep because somedays I need to be awake until very late but then another days I need to wake up really early, I want to take swimming classes but I can't because of this
