I have mentioned my own adventure towards understand my DNA in a few posts, now receiving inquiries as to the HOW.
I did mine for $99 at 23andme.com, just buy their ancestry as the FDA does not allow them to offer much on health. This gives you your data.
Then you can go to Promethease.com and for $5 they analyze your individual DNA against every publicly available DNA study to produce a statistical model of risk, for things like autism and diabetes and so much more.
Then you can go to SelfDecode.com and for $19 they analyze your DNA and produce a list of vitamin supplements that can assist to balance out the chemistry in your body and brain.
It is an amazing adventure if you are up for the high definition representation of self.
Understand that you DNA is your map of self and that does not change, the studies are ever changing and increasing the knowledge base of what we know and can prove out. Don't do this unless you are prepared to understand the risks.
