I'll revisit this. I'm very untrained, I don't feel like I can ever achieve being able to get ripped look, I have a condition called Joubert Syndrome that gives me weak motor skills along with other things and my exercise moves feel forced and unnatural. It really sucks for me. I wish there were personal trainers who knew about this rare disability. I had to tell my personal trainer last time that I can't balance on one foot at all. It's annoying because I think even neurotypicals can "underestimate" their abilities. I feel awkward and ret*d in the gym and there is no point in working out.
Also, my own body can't tell me if a weight is too heavy or light, like it doesn't register well.
I don't want to be told how weak my muscle tone is, I want real advice for overcoming it. I'm afraid if my physical therapy which I will get soon, announces to me that my goals are unattainable. What should I do?
