I have Psoriasis on my back, in the summer when I’m sitting in my chair, my back can get so hot. Is there something I can buy to help my back from not getting too hot if it gets too hot, I can very badly itch? Is there something I can buy to block the sun in my living living room? The sun can be Soooo Bad for me in the summer. Is there something I can buy or I have to buy black out curtains? Do anyone use a humidifier in the summer?

A humidifier sounds like a very good idea. Especially since you live in Los Angeles a very hot place.
