I 've been very busy with work and house repairs. I can't concentrate and feel restless most of the time. I don't get much sleep. Maybe, because I'm thinking too much of everything especially our budget. Am I having anxiety or depression? Is this quite normal? :( Are there vitamins that I should take?

It sounds like anxiety & stress to me.There are teas that can help with anxiety & stress but I don't know anything about em. If this is a chronic problem it may also help to see a doc/psych & trying anxiety meds like beta-blockers like Inderal/Propranolol. They can help with stress too.

I appreciate your advice nick007! What kind of tea will you recommend? It might help me before I consult a psych or a doctor.

I never drink tea but have read posts by others in this forum recommending different 1s. I never paid much attention to em since I don't drink it.

Thanks for reminding me. Yes, I found out that from my cousin. Calamine tea has benefits like it promotes sleep, reduces the stress that can increase the risk of developing a serious depression. According to her, it is also recommended by most health professionals.
