Couldn’t move because of health issues!

A year ago a friend of mine died of congestive heart failure (she was only in her early 30s).

Apparently in 1989 her family were going too move to Australia but in the end they couldn’t move there because the government would not pay for my friends medical needs. She had a heart problem from birth.

Do you think that’s unfair that the government would not pay for my friends medical issues?

No, unless the government has been paying for the issues of everyone else with similar heart problems.

If the family could afford to emigrate to Australia, they why couldn't they afford medical treatment for the girl instead?
