If I expose myself to some foods enough, will I be able to overcome my food aversions, or am I better off seeking out things that are more palatable for me?

I cook for myself. That way I can omit all the ingredients I don't like.

I can eat a wider variety of foods if they are properly prepared. Cook exactly to the right right temperature. Not raw or overcooked. Even the temperature of chocolate makes a difference in how good it tastes to me.

Another factor is the lack of salt, fat, and seasoning. Food isn't going to taste good if you leave these three critical ingredients out. Some people need special diets. But, why eat bland food if you don't?

I cook my own food and I pretty much only eat meat, I feel much better now and I am able to exercise much, much more and really enjoy it.
