If task switching has been an issue for you, has physical activity helped, and if so, which type of activity? I.e. activity in which there is a goal like winning or scoring points vs. participation for health benefits (no points earned and/ or non-competitive). Task switching is a big problem for me. I swim and practice yoga, but I am interested in others' experiences and I want to choose the most beneficial activity.

I helps me "reset" my mind (and that helps with task switching). I think the activity will depend on the person. For me it's short(ish), intense workouts. I only like doing that by myself so non-competitive.
