I would go on the Tesco and similar (equal) supermarket websites and buy stuff...
But they keep filling the house up with Iceland stuff and some Tesco stuff.
Iceland is just junk (I'm saying this for the benefit of non British readers). It's delicious junk. And I miss it when I'm eating healthy. But it's: Crisps, Chocolate, Pizza, Fish Fingers, Chips (French Fries), Sausage Rolls, Ice Cream etc.
Only so much room in the food cupboard. So can't have 2 Tesco Shops then 1 Iceland shop.
So when my stepdad says 'what do you want from iceland' I say 'pizza and chips and salty snacks'. That stuff's yummy and it's what gets sold there.
Next time he asks, I'm gonna say 'I don't. Do another Tesco shop or similar and get a bunch of veggies in! Fruit for snacking!'
Basically I have more likelihood to have stomach ache eating badly than they do. It's genetic and passed down my dad's line. I only know this from talking to my dad about it last night. Also my dad's line is prone to lactose intolerance so even if I just had healthy food including milk/Greek yoghurt I would have stomach ache.
