Self-taught via internet and videos and books for 5 years, except for one worthless lesson last year. Never played on a course since I don't have any friends and I am too embarrassed to play with strangers. My swing has been horrible for the past 5 years until very recently when I have been getting more consistent. Extremely frustrating and very fun at the same time. I would have gone regularly for lessons if it hadn't been for my terrible social skills. That is why my one and only lesson was such a horrible experience. Hitting one or two bucket of balls at the driving range is good exercise.
