How can you buy glasses from drugstores & supermarkets without real lenses? Do they have real lenses in them? I seen them at drugstore & supermarkets for decades. I never asked before. I wanted to post but I keep forgetting. I found these glasses on Amazon that block blue light, I was reading about it, I need to read it again. I didn’t know about blue light, I watch a video about how blue light can be harmful to people at night when they on their devices & watching TV too, it can make it harder for people to sleep.

If you'd like glasses made specifically for your eyes (plus the "blue light" lenses), your best bet would be to go to an optometrist. They specialise in prescription lenses.
