Hello all,

I have been dealing with major fatigue for about a year now due to a chronic illness. I have been doing all the main things that people suggest to you like eat healthy, exercise, get lots of sleep but it does not help all that much.

Does anyone have any advice or strategies on how best to deal with fatigue?

Thanks,

CFL

Laugh
Eat well
Don't sleep too much
Move little but often to keep things lubricated
Cannabis both helps reduce movement and agitation from immobility.
I was prescribed Bupropion as an antidepressant, but after 2 months I was still only sleeping 4 hours / week.
I tapered off regular doses and now use them only for energy on extreme days.

Be aware of daily cycles.
It may be normal to want to take a nap in the middle of the day. And feel tired when the sun goes down.
Those may be poor times for exercise.

Build up your strength by doing a little more each day.
